Conventions

  • The document key is ma_vb: <TYPE>-<DATE>-<NUMBER>-<ISSUER>, e.g. ND-19881114-172-HDBT. Document numbers can collide across provinces; results by number are ranked and carry tong_so_ban.
  • Every response includes du_lieu_tinh_den (data as of) and phien_ban_du_lieu (data version).
  • Dates are YYYY-MM-DD. Validity conclusions: CON_HIEU_LUC in force, HET_HIEU_LUC expired, CHUA_CO_HIEU_LUC not yet in force, KHONG_XAC_DINH undetermined.
